We will ship your package after we have received your payment in full. The shipping process takes 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is 9–14 days, depending on your country and local customs process.

You will receive the tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please note, once the tracking number is provided, the order cannot be cancelled or changed, so make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We only ship using our trusted logistic partners, and due to international shipping regulations, we are unable to include batteries in the shipment.

FAQ

Most of our cameras are gently used vintage pieces. Each one is carefully inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure it’s in good working condition before being listed.

Please check the product description for any cosmetic flaws or functional limitations—we always mention if there are any minuses, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Due to the vintage nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your camera arrives with a defect not mentioned in the product description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order—we’ll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a claim, customers must record an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened until the camera is fully tested. The video must be continuous, with no cuts or edits.

Yes, we accept requests for specific models! If you're looking for something in particular, feel free to reach out—we’ll try our best to find it for you.

Please note: We currently do not accept requests for highly rare models such as the Nikon S6900, S6600, or Samsung MV pink series, as these are extremely limited and hard to source.
