Most of our cameras are gently used vintage pieces. Each one is carefully inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure it’s in good working condition before being listed.
Please check the product description for any cosmetic flaws or functional limitations—we always mention if there are any minuses, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Do you offer a warranty or return policy?
Due to the vintage nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your camera arrives with a defect not mentioned in the product description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order—we’ll do our best to make it right.
To be eligible for a claim, customers must record an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened until the camera is fully tested. The video must be continuous, with no cuts or edits.
Can I request a specific camera model?
Yes, we accept requests for specific models! If you're looking for something in particular, feel free to reach out—we’ll try our best to find it for you.
Please note: We currently do not accept requests for highly rare models such as the Nikon S6900, S6600, or Samsung MV pink series, as these are extremely limited and hard to source.

When will my products be shipped and how long will it take to be delivered to me?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location:
Domestic: 2–4 business days International: 7–15 business days (may vary by country)
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
